What makes MS Royal Ruby different from other Nile cruises?

How many suites does the ship have?
31 suites in total: 1 Master Suite (≈65 m²), 18 Royal Suites (≈28 m²), 9 Stateroom Suites (≈21 m²), and 3 Single Staterooms (≈15 m²). Maximum capacity is 59 guests.
Is there a spa onboard?
Yes — the Temple Spa includes a gym area, sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath, and massage room. Access to the gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath is included in your rate; massage treatments are available at an additional cost.
What is included in the cruise price?
All meals on a full-board basis (buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner), Egyptologist-guided excursions, entrance fees to every site mentioned in the program, private transfers, and onboard evening entertainment including Galabeya party and Nubian folkloric show. Alcoholic beverages, gratuities, flights and the Egyptian visa are not included.
Which direction should I choose — Luxor to Aswan, or Aswan to Luxor?
The 5-day Luxor → Aswan program departs Thursdays and finishes in Aswan (ideal before flying out of Aswan or continuing to Abu Simbel). The 4-day Aswan → Luxor program departs Mondays and finishes in Luxor. Both cover the same highlights — just in reverse order.
Do I need a visa for Egypt?
Most nationalities require a tourist visa. You can usually apply for an e-visa online before travel, or obtain a visa on arrival at major airports. Our team is happy to advise based on your nationality.
What should I pack?
Lightweight breathable clothing, a hat, sunglasses, high-factor sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes for temple visits, a swimsuit, and a camera. Add a light jacket for cooler evenings between November and February.
